Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C)
  • At least (3) years of Medical Assistant experience with patients of all ages
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records

Nice To Haves

  • Performing phlebotomy, lab procedures, and limited x-rays (if certified)

Responsibilities

  • Rooming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures
  • Taking vital signs, patient histories, and performing diagnostic testing
  • Administering immunizations and medications as directed
  • Performing phlebotomy, lab procedures, and limited x-rays (if certified)
  • Supporting providers and nurses with patient care and workflow
  • Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and electronic medical records
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
  • Delivering compassionate, patient-focused service to every individual you support
