About The Position
The IMA Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to support non-diagnostic medical evaluations. This position offers a structured environment and a strong work-life balance. The role is full-time and scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some Saturday coverage required (planned in advance).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hands-on clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- MA certification is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Record vitals, medical histories, and patient information
- Support providers during exams and assessments
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other standard procedures
- Ensure exam rooms are prepped and compliant with standards
- Assist with patient coordination and documentation tasks
