This position requires travel to various Delaware County practices including Media, Aston, Concordville, and Springfield. Make an Impact! You make the difference for our patients! As a Medical Assistant, you get to work closely with both patients and healthcare providers. You will care for patients by assisting physicians and practitioners with routine blood draws, vital signs, immunizations, EKG’s, etc. Use your skills to help maintain a smooth patient flow and anticipate needs.

Requirements

• Completion of supervised hands on clinical training through a practicum, externship, apprenticeship, or similar patient care experience.
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers at time of hire or within 30 days of start date.

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) year of experience as a Medical Assistant strongly preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians and practitioners with routine blood draws, vital signs, immunizations, EKG’s, etc.
• Maintain a smooth patient flow
• Anticipate patient needs
