We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant to fill a Full - time position on our team at our Dayton location.

Requirements

Must have successfully completed a Medical Assistant Program/Training
CPR Certification
Must be dependable, reliable, and a good role model
Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining quality care and efficient patient flow
Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Possess exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Communication and problem-solving skills necessary
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Phlebotomy experience preferred
EHR experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Rooming and evaluating patients
Taking history
Performing evaluations such as temperature, height, weight, head circumference, blood pressure, and pulse
Administering immunizations and flu shots
Venipuncture
Splinting
O2 saturation
Cathing
Suctioning
Ear irrigation
Medical chart documentation
Maintaining medical supplies
Stocking rooms
Using sterilization equipment
Take ownership and be accountable for your actions
Other job duties may be assigned
Maintain good and reliable attendance, positive attitude and at or above job specific goals
