Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned area or office. Reports to the Director of Physician Services. Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of physicians or nurses. Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given. Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas. Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult. Exposure: Regular occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
