Medical Assistant (MA): FMC Davenport (Family Medical Center)
About The Position
This position supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The role also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, on a day shift, Monday-Friday, located in Davenport, IA.
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program
- MA Certification/Registration required within one year
