About The Position
Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is hiring a Medical Assistant to support patients preparing for radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology procedures. The role involves meeting with patients to verify their medical histories and discuss examination and procedure protocols, assisting with Interventional Radiology procedures, and assisting with MRI and CT examinations. Requirements
- Current CPR (BLS) certification is required.
- At least 2 years of prior medical office experience.
- For MRI and CT examinations, demonstrate an understanding of MRI and CT procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT credential preferred.
- For Interventional Radiology procedures, surgical office or hospital setting experience is highly preferred.
