The Community Medicine Clinic is in the heart of downtown and serves the community with dedicated Physicians and APP’s committed to providing comprehensive care for patients. It is a safe and affirming clinic that takes immense pride in the strong relationships built with patients, their families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment. The clinic offers numerous resources for patients, including a pharmacist, community health workers, a population health nurse, RN case managers, nurse triage, physical therapy, and behavioral health services. Additionally, there is a food and clothing pantry for patients with social determinant needs and lab services for established patients. The support staff includes registered nurses (RNs), medical assistants/ambulatory clinical technicians (MA/ACTs), ambulatory clinical clerical technicians (ACCTs), and patient service representatives (PSRs). Each team member plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice and the delivery of high-quality care. MAs assist with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting in procedures. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, playing a vital role in the office's smooth operation and high-quality patient care.
