About The Position
The Medical Assistant role is to assist the CILA Nurses with their daily administrative duties as well as provide support to staff at the CILA’s as needed. It also includes scheduling and manning the various clinics, including eye, podiatry and labs. This role reports to the CILA Nursing Coordinator.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid IL driver's license
- Experience with behaviors
- At least one year administrative experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Knowledge with Excel and Outlook is a plus
- Great organization skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the CILA Nurses with their daily administrative duties.
- Provide support to staff at the CILA’s as needed.
- Schedule and man the various clinics, including eye, podiatry and labs.
