About The Position
Superior Health Consulting in Charlotte, NC is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant–Tech for partnered clinic locations. This role offers stability, balance, and room to grow with competitive hourly pay of $15 - $17 per hour, structured schedules, and a positive, respectful team environment. The company provides training, clear expectations, and accessible leadership. The Medical Assistant - Tech will review patient charts, prepare for diagnostic testing, perform ANS and EKG testing, document assessments in the electronic health record, communicate with providers and teammates, and assist Medical Assistants as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly, outgoing attitude toward patients
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant experience is preferred, but little to no experience is required; we provide training!
Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and prepare for diagnostic testing.
- Perform ANS and EKG testing with confidence and care.
- Guide patients through each step of testing while maintaining a calm, professional presence.
- Document assessments thoroughly in the electronic health record.
- Communicate with providers and teammates.
- Assist Medical Assistants as needed.
