About The Position

Medical Assistant Team Lead Denver Metro, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $21–$27/hour (DOE) Spine, Pain & Rehabilitation Center of Colorado is a growing, patient-focused clinic dedicated to improving the lives of patients with acute and chronic pain. We're looking for a Medical Assistant Team Lead who can lead by example and step into both front and back office roles as needed. This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident in all clinical duties while also supporting team development and daily clinic flow.

Requirements

• 2 years Medical Assistant experience/ phlebotomist required
• Strong clinical skills (vitals, blood draws, patient care)
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in both front and back office preferred
• Previous leadership or lead experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support staff members in daily clinic operations
• Room patients, take vitals, and assist with procedures
• Perform blood draws and other clinical tasks
• Cover front office duties when needed (phones, scheduling, check-in/out)
• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations
• Help train, mentor, and support staff
• Step in where needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
