This role is a 1st Shift Monday - Friday Opportunity. The Medical Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring accurate, efficient execution on the manufacturing floor. This position will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Technical teams to identify issues, reduce waste, and maintain compliance. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in production coordination, data accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives, making a direct impact on product quality and operational performance every day.

Responsibilities

  • Support production execution to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Reinforce quality requirements and collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to resolve production issues and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate production data by reviewing job tickets, ensuring completeness, and entering data into the ERP system.
  • Partner with the DHR Specialist to ensure documentation accuracy and traceability.
  • Assist with shift huddles, communicating performance, schedules, quality topics, and key updates.
  • Distribute work instructions and documentation, reinforcing expectations with Operators.
  • Monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to support timely decision-making.
  • Verify materials are properly staged and support setup, line clearance, and job transitions.
  • Observe operations for compliance with procedures, documentation accuracy, and proper material/equipment setup.
  • Promote and enforce safety, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements, including PPE and gowning compliance.
  • Support continuous production coverage during breaks and staffing adjustments.
  • Identify training needs and provide feedback to Supervisors and Trainers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for production operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
