About The Position

Tribeca Pediatrics is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant/Receptionist for their Glen Rock, NJ location. This role involves providing direct patient care to children in a clinical setting, working alongside pediatricians to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities include patient intake, charting, performing in-office tests, assisting with vaccine administration, scheduling appointments, managing front desk duties, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, previous medical field experience (though new grads are welcome), strong time management, and flexible scheduling availability. Proof of Hep B, Tdap, and MMR vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a friendly, supportive, and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues
  • Patient intake, charting, and documentation in our electronic medical records system
  • Measure vitals, perform in-office tests and surveys, send out labs
  • Assist with vaccine administrations
  • Schedule appointments
  • Welcome patients, take on front desk responsibilities
  • Maintain vaccine and supply inventories
  • Adhere to practice policies around HIPAA compliance and staff and patient safety
