About The Position

Join IMA Clinical Research and play a hands-on role in advancing innovative medical treatments. We're seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials. This role offers variety, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and direct patient interaction, along with a real career growth path with hands-on clinical research experience. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 6+ months medical office experience
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits
• Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews
• Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support
• Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
