Medical Assistant Patient Services Coordinator – Junior Regional Trainer
About The Position
The MA / PSC Junior Regional Trainer role is designed for individuals with strong Medical Assistant and Patient Services Coordinator experience who are passionate about training, developing others, and supporting multiple clinic teams. This position plays a critical role in shaping the success of our clinics by ensuring training excellence, operational consistency, and alignment with SynergenX standards. This is a high-travel position supporting multiple centers throughout the San Antonio Region. Travel will be required to clinics in Cibolo, New Braunfels, Sonterra, Alamo Ranch, Northeast San Antonio, Southwest San Antonio, and Northwest San Antonio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Patient Services Coordinator
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to train, coach, and influence others effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and training for new hires in MA & PSC roles
- Supporting continued development of existing staff
- Ensuring teams are trained to SynergenX standards and expectations
- Partnering with Regional Directors and Corporate Training
- Tracking training progress and identifying performance gaps
- Supporting clinics operationally when onsite
- Assisting in refining and improving training materials and processes
- Conducting competencies, retraining, and lab-related validations
- Supporting special training projects and initiatives as needed
