Medical Assistant / Patient Service Representative

HealthFirst Family Care Center Inc.Franklin, NH
Onsite

About The Position

HealthFirst Family Care Center is looking for a Patient Service Representative / Medical Assistant to join their team in a unique dual role that combines clinical and administrative responsibilities. This position will primarily work as a Medical Assistant when supporting a part-time provider during scheduled patient care days. When the provider is not in the office, the individual will shift gears and support the Patient Services team with front desk and administrative responsibilities. The role is ideal for someone who likes variety, works well as part of a team, and can move comfortably between the clinical and administrative sides of a busy health center. This is not a traditional MA or front-desk position, but rather for someone who enjoys both sides of healthcare and has the agility to move between them. When the provider needs support, the individual acts as their MA, and when the provider does not need support, they contribute to keeping the rest of the health center running smoothly.
