Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Wisconsin EMT, or equivalent education and/or experience meeting role qualifications
- Current applicable certification, registration or licensure
- American Heart Association BLS certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe
- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach to patient care
Responsibilities
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
- Obtain vital signs, update medical histories and document in Epic
- Assist providers with examinations and office procedures
- Coordinate patient care, education and follow-up
- Help maintain an efficient clinic workflow while providing an exceptional patient experience
- Travel between our Waukesha and Sussex clinic locations as needed
