Requirements
- Graduate of Highschool or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants or Certified Nursing Assistants
- Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an office or medically related environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the delivery of all office related healthcare and patient care management.
- Directs the patient flow process at physician's office.
- Performs patient check in and appointment scheduling as assigned.
- Supports PPSI by maintaining patient financial records at the office.
- Provides closure to patient visit.
- Answers and directs all telephone calls appropriately.
