About The Position

This position is for a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) in an OB/GYN clinic. The role requires at least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outpatient clinic, with OB/GYN experience being highly preferred. Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. The clinic is looking for individuals with positive attitudes who are problem solvers, leaders, and committed to quality care. Charting is done via EPIC, and any scrub color is acceptable.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is REQUIRED.
• At least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outpatient clinic
• EPIC charting experience REQUIRED
• BLS certification
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OB/GYN experience is highly preferred
• Procedure experience like LEEP/colposcopy
• IUD insertions

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as LEEP/colposcopy
• Perform IUD insertions
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as needed within skillset
