Associated Nephrology Consultants, located in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA)/Phlebotomist to join our nephrology practice. This position will begin as a part-time per diem opportunity, with an anticipated transition to a full-time temporary schedule from approximately November 2026 through April 2027 to support clinic staffing needs. There may be potential for this position to transition into a permanent role based on organizational needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with phlebotomy and clinical workflows and will provide exceptional patient care while interacting with patients in an enthusiastic, courteous, and professional manner. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play an important role in supporting physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities will include obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy, assisting with patient care, managing medical records, and supporting daily clinic operations.
