About The Position

The Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse assists other nursing staff with the day-to-day activities of the office in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the office. The role helps ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Current State of Ohio Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Current BCLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to communicate in additional languages.
• Prior knowledge of an EHR system.
