As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will welcome patients and support their transition into care. You will take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings. You will prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures. You will administer medications and vaccines as directed. You will perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing. You will document care accurately in the electronic health record. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. This position will work one week and have one week off. 20 hours scheduled week on per following schedule: Monday 7:45am-4:30pm, Tuesday 7:45am-3:15pm, Wednesday 7:45am-4:30pm, Thursday 7:45am-4:30pm, and Friday 7:45am-4:30pm. Schedule, including week off, is subject to change to meet clinic needs. The Outpatient Spine Rehabilitation Program at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center provides comprehensive, non-surgical care and post-operative recovery for back and neck pain. The integrated program coordinates care across physical therapists, pain management specialists, and spine surgeons to improve mobility. Rehabilitation utilizes a multidisciplinary approach with a focus on minimally invasive and customized physical therapy.
