About The Position

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Medical Assistant to join its Issaquah Primary Care clinic in Issaquah, Washington. Medical Assistants contribute to the patient experience by working with providers to deliver care to patients and their families. Daily work includes rooming patients, triaging phone calls, and helping coordinate patient care.

The schedule is 32 hours per week: Tuesday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from a certified medical assistant program, or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington State standards.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through Washington State Department of Health.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR applications.

Nice To Haves

• EPIC experience preferred.
