About The Position

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

• Urgent care or family medicine experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume office

Responsibilities

• Patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
• Assisting providers with exams and procedures
• Administering injections and immunizations
• Performing EKGs, phlebotomy, and point‑of‑care testing
• Specimen collection and basic lab tasks
• Managing patient flow and supporting clinic efficiency
• EMR documentation and clinical task management
• Referrals, prior authorizations, and medication refill support
• Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Occasional front office support
