About The Position
This role supports a Family Practice provider in a high-volume clinic, with a strong focus on both patient care and Epic in-basket management. The Medical Assistant or EMT or LPN will provide 1:1 support to a Family Practice provider, rooming patients across a mixed population (pediatrics through geriatrics). This role involves managing Epic in-baskets, including results, patient communication, and follow-ups, as well as completing prior authorizations and supporting care coordination. The ideal candidate will balance clinical and administrative workflows throughout the day and will enjoy a true mix of rooming and in-basket work, staying busy and managing multiple workflows, and deepening Epic and care coordination experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced clinic setting
- Strong Epic or EMR experience preferred
