About The Position

This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE position for a Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN in Dermatology at the New Berlin location. The schedule is a consistent four-day week, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Wednesdays off. The role primarily supports Dr. Krisztian Nemeth's practice, a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced provider, assist with various medical and surgical dermatology procedures, and build relationships with patients in a collaborative specialty clinic. It's an opportunity to expand clinical skills within a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited MA, EMT, or LPN program.
• Current certification or Wisconsin licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.
• Basic computer and electronic medical record skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients for clinic visits.
• Obtain vital signs and update medical histories.
• Assist with dermatology procedures and treatments.
• Prepare exam rooms and procedure supplies.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients on treatments and follow-up care.
• Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Partner with providers to deliver exceptional care.
