About The Position

Are you looking for an opportunity to launch your medical career? Through our Medical Assistant Apprentice program, you will be hired to work in our Fargo-Moorhead area clinics. Openings are available at our West Acres Clinic for internal medicine and at our 45th Street Clinic and West Fargo Clinic for family medicine. We will pay for your education and certification as a Medical Assistant, putting you through a qualifying program with a partnering organization. This program comes with a 1-year work commitment upon course completion. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire
  • Enroll in the Medcerts training program
  • Complete the apprentice program
  • Obtain CCMA Board Certification within 12 months of completing the apprentice education program and meeting the on-the-job hours requirement
  • 1-year work commitment upon course completion
