Synergy is seeking an experienced part-time Medical Aesthetician f to join our team! The ideal candidate is highly motivated and passionate about clinical, results-oriented treatments. We offer the latest in anti-aging skin care procedures, including but not limited to: Chemical peels Dermaplaning Microneedling Diamond Glow Skin Tightening and more! Our goal is to support a thriving, long-term, and successful career. You will be joining our team of over 75 talented medical and spa professionals, all of whom are dedicated to bringing you the latest advances in medical aesthetics, skincare, body therapy, and plastic surgery in Raleigh. Synergy offers hourly compensation as well as commission bonuses.

Requirements

Valid NC Esthetics License; advanced certifications (e.g., laser, chemical peels, microneedling) preferred
2+ years of proven experience performing medical aesthetic treatments in a clinical or med spa environment
Strong clinical communication skills with the ability to educate patients on treatment plans, post-care protocols, and product regimens
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Passionate about the intersection of wellness, aesthetics, and evidence-based skin care
Advanced knowledge of skin anatomy, medical-grade treatments, and devices (e.g., laser/IPL, RF, injectables support)
Driven, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development in a clinical setting
