Requirements

  • Active Missouri Aesthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for client care and results
  • A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a medical spa or aesthetics environment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform customized skincare treatments and consultations
  • Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and aftercare
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and results
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records
  • Collaborate with providers and spa teams to support overall client outcomes
  • Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and professional presentation standards
