About The Position

Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, passionate Medical Aesthetician to deliver advanced skin treatments and personalized client care within a results-driven aesthetic medicine practice. This is an opportunity to combine clinical skill with soulful service in a setting that prioritizes whole-person wellness. Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness was co-founded by Dr. Henrietta Bright, CRNA, DNAP, and Dr. Phillip McIver, DDS, two deeply experienced medical professionals committed to delivering soul-aligned care in a space where beauty, science, and whole-person healing converge. As our Medical Aesthetician, you’ll provide clinical skincare services, deliver meaningful results, and serve as an expert guide in each client’s skin health journey. You’ll help clients not only improve their appearance but also restore confidence and vitality through personalized treatments and education.

Requirements

• Valid Medical Aestheticians license in Maryland
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical aesthetics or wellness setting
• Advanced knowledge of skin conditions, corrective treatments, and product formulations
• Excellent consultation, guest service, and communication skills
• Confidence in recommending treatment plans and retail skincare
• A heart-centered, guest-focused approach to care
• Passion for holistic wellness and a desire to grow in a purpose-driven practice

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare services including facials, peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments (based on licensure and training)
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare products, and at-home routines
• Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance with state regulations
• Promote Saxira’s skincare products, wellness offerings, and membership model
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance treatment outcomes and guest satisfaction
• Capture before-and-after photos, track progress, and document all treatments accurately
• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and continuing education
