Medical Advisor
About The Position
Quest Diagnostics is the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services. The Medical Advisor will assist laboratory clients in answering inquiries including test selection, result interpretation, evidence-based best practices, and technical considerations. Additional responsibilities include documenting and analyzing inquiry data, as well as developing content to streamline communications, optimize report content, improve response turnaround time and facilitate access between clients and subject matter experts. The Medical Advisor will be a readily accessible medically qualified physician with training and experience in clinical pathology. Accessibility may be via telephone, email and/or other communication means. Due to the importance of quality patient care, servicing consultation requests of all types is considered imperative and thus requires the availability and immediacy of Medical Advisor availability during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities
