About The Position

As Director, Medical Advisor, you will lead a talented team at the intersection of medical, commercial, legal, and regulatory collaboration, helping shape how critical scientific information supports healthcare professionals and patients. Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, or healthcare-related Doctor of Philosophy degree; equivalent industry experience considered.
  • Five or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience working within Medical Information or Medical Affairs functions.
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of medical review processes, scientific communications, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational excellence.

  • Lead Medical Advisor services across assigned brands, ensuring scientific excellence and consistent medical review standards.
  • Provide strategic medical guidance throughout promotional review activities within cross-functional review teams.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Medical Advisor professionals.
  • Coach and mentor associates to support career growth, engagement, and professional development.
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner across medical, legal, regulatory, and commercial functions to ensure compliant decision-making.
  • Champion responsible artificial intelligence adoption and continuous innovation within team workflows.
