About The Position

This position supports several parts of the Medicaid provider management team, with a focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities. The role coordinates and collaborates on work for Network Operations intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments. The coordinator leads work assignments and works closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.

Requirements

• QNXT experience.
• Three years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Ability to take detailed notes and share them with analysts.
• General understanding of and skills in PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience of three or more years.

Nice To Haves

• Provide technical and/or functional leadership within a unit, such as serving as a team lead.
• Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
• Strong communication skills.
