About The Position

This role is designed for CNAs who prefer shorter, defined shifts, with every shift on this Medicaid route in Charlotte South capped at 4 hours. It's an excellent opportunity for newer CNAs to gain diverse experience quickly by working with a range of care situations, sometimes covering a single client and sometimes a short route between two or three. The schedule involves 4-hour shifts only, with varying days and routes within the Charlotte South, NC area (28226/28227). Clients are Medicaid recipients in private residences, and care includes personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, and basic household support, which varies by client.

Requirements

• Active NC CNA certification
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Comfort adapting to different clients and care plans within the same day
• Punctuality
