About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Medicaid Billing Supervisor to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residence in KY or IN. The Medicaid Billing Supervisor is responsible for timely and accurate billing claim submission to responsible third party payers. Responsible for monitoring and development of Business Office billing staff. Assures compliance with Medicaid and Commercial Insurances, Federal and State Laws impacting healthcare. Monitors and creates edits in the electronic billing system to achieve accurate high clean claim ratios. Coordinates office efforts and works closely with other departments to expedite collections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years experience in patient accounting or medical office setting
• One year as Team Lead/Supervisor required
