About The Position

Cayuga Community College seeks dedicated and dynamic adjunct faculty to join our team in delivering high-quality instruction. Adjunct faculty play a vital role in fostering curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence while supporting students in achieving their educational and professional aspirations. The Media & Telecommunications program is establishing a pool of applicants to fill potential adjunct faculty positions. Teaching assignments may involve teaching day, evening, online, hybrid, and HyFlex courses. Needs vary by semester, and candidates may be considered for other courses as their credentials allow. The Media & Telecommunications program offers courses in subject areas including the following: film, mass communication, media writing, sports production, audio, single-camera field production, nonlinear editing, and multicamera studio production. This list is not all-inclusive and other courses/subject areas may become available within the program. The need for this role exists for in-person instruction on our Auburn and/or Fulton Campuses.

Requirements

• Appropriate level of experience and/or a Master's degree in broadcast media or related field.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
