About The Position

As a Media Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing integrated media strategies that support meaningful business outcomes for clients across healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. As a Media Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will serve as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams, developing media recommendations that align with business objectives and audience needs. In this role, you will lead the media buying process, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign financials, and ensure all tactics are executed accurately and on schedule. You will collaborate closely with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions. Additionally, you will help expand media expertise across the organization by identifying emerging opportunities, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of agency-wide media education initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of media planning and buying experience.
  • Experience developing and executing media campaigns across programmatic, endemic, CTV/video, traditional television, radio, digital out-of-home, and out-of-home channels.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting.
  • Ability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agency experience.
  • Experience working with digital media platforms and analytics tools such as Looker Studio or comparable reporting solutions.
