About The Position

TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking English-speaking contributors to evaluate media search results and help train AI systems to understand user intent and local cultural context. The role involves assessing how well results across streaming platforms, music catalogs, and application ecosystems match what users mean when they search. Contributors apply knowledge of their local media landscape, including entertainment preferences, regional differences, and cultural meanings. The opportunity is fully remote, with contributors choosing when and how much to work according to their schedules, project availability, and quality requirements. Evaluation frameworks, media reference materials, examples, and support channels are provided. Compensation is task-based and may vary with task volume, program requirements, quality, and productivity. This is an independent contractor opportunity and does not create an employment relationship with TELUS Digital.
