About The Position

Anderson Auto Group (AAG) is seeking a talented Media Production Specialist to elevate their creative output. This role involves producing broadcast-quality television/CTV commercials, YouTube content, digital advertising, radio spots, and brand campaigns for an 8-franchise auto dealer group plus a large powersports store and a cycle shop. The ideal candidate is proficient in both videography and editing, comfortable turning ideas into polished productions.

Requirements

  • Professional experience shooting and editing commercial-quality video.
  • Strong portfolio or demo reel (required).
  • Comfortable behind the camera with experience using professional camera systems (DSLR, mirrorless, etc.), lighting setups, and audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of composition, exposure, frame rates, codecs, and camera operation.
  • Experience with color correction, sound design, and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing radio or audio spots.
  • Automotive or retail marketing experience.
  • Drone certification.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional video productions from concept through final delivery.
  • Capture high-quality video and audio on location.
  • Edit using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder.
  • Produce polished motion graphics, color grading, audio mixing, and finishing.
  • Coordinate shoots, talent, equipment, and production schedules.
  • Ensure advertising creative meets manufacturer (OEM) requirements and adheres to media approval deadlines.
  • Maintain organized media libraries and production assets.
  • Travel between AAG locations (Lincoln, NE – Grand Island, NE – St. Joseph, MO) for scheduled productions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on various projects.
