Requirements

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Media Production and/or Digital Marketing role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, and Social Media strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong background in Media Production and Content Creation, including video production, editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with a diverse team.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end media production process, from ideation and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and post-production for various digital channels.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and e-marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction across all relevant platforms.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and media initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media production and digital marketing.
