Media Manager, Paid Social
About The Position
LeadingResponse helps clients in financial services, healthcare, legal, and senior living connect with high-intent consumers through data-driven, omnichannel marketing. Our consumer-facing campaigns reach millions each month through direct mail, live events, digital ads, and more. We’re seeking a Media Manager, Paid Social to manage Paid Social campaign activation, Q/A, pacing/monitoring and reporting/performance to lead and scale our paid social initiatives across platforms like Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in lead generation and performance marketing, particularly within regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare. This position will be based in either in Atlanta with frequent travel to Tampa or in Tampa.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media strategy, planning, and buying.
- Proven success managing lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS, and how to use them to optimize campaigns.
- Experience working within regulated verticals such as legal, financial services, or healthcare.
- Deep understanding of biddable media principles and auction-based platforms.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Proven ability to create engaging ad content, including writing, and visual asset development using Canva or similar software.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making, as well as experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with attribution models, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations.

- Certification in Meta Blueprint or similar platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns focused on lead generation for legal vertical.
- Develop audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative frameworks tailored to each platform.
- Own ad content development, including copywriting, video scripting, and visual storytelling designed to engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Analytics, and Client Services to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to meet and exceed KPIs (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, best practices and industry trends affecting biddable media.
- Report on performance across all campaigns, using insights to refine strategy and execution.
- Manage budgets and forecast spend across campaigns and platforms.
- Ensure paid efforts are fully aligned with departmental KPIs and company-wide objectives.
