About The Position

KALB/Gray Media is looking for a motivated, success-driven Media Executive to join our sales team. This role is for someone who wants to get out in the community, meet people, and create opportunities. As a Media Executive, you'll help businesses tell their stories, reach new customers, and grow through customized digital advertising strategies.

Requirements

• Enjoys talking with people, learning about their businesses, and finding smart ways to help them succeed.
• Strong drive, confidence, and a professional presence
• The ability to prospect and network with business decision makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not a must

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, marketing leaders, and advertising decision-makers.
• Build custom marketing strategies that fit each client's goal
• Sell digital solutions including Streaming, Email, Social, SEM, SEO, etc.
• Create and present engaging advertising proposals
• Grow and manage your book of business
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Local KALB team and Gray Digital Media experts
• Bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to every conversation.
