About The Position

POWERNATION Studios is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is a strong opportunity to sell integrated, multi-platform sponsorship solutions across our POWERNATION Automotive Aftermarket shows – reaching audiences on digital, streaming, social, and broadcast. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can uncover client goals, build compelling ideas, and deliver measurable results for both new and existing partners. Requirements

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success selling integrated sponsorships (multi-platform preferred).
  • Experience working with both brands and agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • 1+ years of related experience; college degree preferred.
  • Digital and/or broadcast media sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and non-traditional revenue through consistent, creative prospecting.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and aligning solutions to outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated sponsorship strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and deliver dynamic presentations to small and large groups.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and post-sale support to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue goals and maintain accurate pipeline/activity reporting.
