Applications are open for UTA's Media & Entertainment Training Program (formerly Agent Training Program) in our New York office. This program is designed for recent or upcoming graduates who are available for a full-time role and are eager to learn firsthand about shaping culture and careers in the business side of media and entertainment. UTA's mailroom is described as a launchpad, offering an immersive experience, mentoring, and exposure to every facet of the industry, earning it the nickname the “Master's in Entertainment.” The New York office operates at the intersection of business and the city's dynamic media landscape, covering areas such as book publishing, news and broadcasting, theater, marketing, speakers, and endorsements. The program emphasizes a client-first approach, collaboration, creativity, and dedicated execution. Trainees will gain practical skills, deep industry insight, and build a professional network through UTA University, which offers world-class classes and practical feedback, combined with real-world experience and strategic guidance. They will work side-by-side with Agents and Executives across multiple departments, developing the ability to think fast, communicate clearly, and anticipate client needs.
