About The Position

The media coordinator will support client planning and buying teams in the planning, buying, and execution of audio-influencer paid advertising campaigns. The bulk of tasks will be related to ensuring that our clients’ campaigns come to life in podcasts, on radio, on YouTube, and more. Candidate must be detailed-oriented and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively between all internal departments as well as with vendors and clients
  • Self-starter, industrious and good critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform detailed tasks accurately the first time
  • Deadline-oriented, being able to manage deadlines both with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Able to take direction well as well learn and follow internal processes
  • Able to work autonomously and collectively in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate skill level of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Google sheets
  • Ability to meet both internal and client deadlines
  • Self-described “go-getter” / hustler, anticipating the next step and action to make teams and client projects move forward

Responsibilities

  • Work with audio networks across podcasts, radio, digital streaming platforms, and YouTube influencers to confirm actual delivery of views
  • Complete specialized advertising research projects using specialized tools to help inform future client recommendations
  • Creation and distribution of insertion orders for clients to audio-influencer networks to secure inventory and ensure media plans are delivered on as contracted
  • Support planners and buyers in day-to-day tasks across key clients, including show availing, evaluation, negotiation, and presentation to internal teams
