About The Position

Quince is seeking a Media Coordinator to support its creative and production teams in managing and optimizing product imagery. This role will focus on ensuring that all visual assets meet brand quality standards, from upload to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Photoshop for light image editing and retouching. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital asset management, image QC, or media coordination (retail/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with strong skills in light retouching, color correction/matching, and file optimization.
  • Understanding of digital imaging standards (resolution, aspect ratios, RGB/CMYK, file formats).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), DAM tools, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, upload, and maintain digital assets in content management systems (CMS) and shared libraries.
  • Retouch images for digital and print, maintaining consistency across channels.
  • Prepare social media-ready images, following specific platform guidelines.
  • Efficiently handle high-volume image editing, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Foster a supportive team environment with a professional attitude.
  • Ensure file naming conventions, metadata tags, and categorization follow established guidelines.
  • Streamline digital asset management for efficient team workflow.
  • Review images for technical accuracy (resolution, sharpness, cropping, consistency).
  • Identify and correct visual issues such as exposure, white balance, or color discrepancies.
  • Verify that all imagery aligns with brand visual standards and product guidelines.
  • Assess and correct product color accuracy to ensure product photography reflects true-to-life tones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including merchandisers, photographers, retouchers, and design teams to align on color consistency across platforms.
  • Perform basic corrections including exposure adjustments, dust/blemish removal, and background cleanups.
  • Apply subtle enhancements to ensure images are visually appealing while maintaining authenticity.
  • Prepare final images optimized for web, social, and print formats.
