About The Position

As a Media Coordinator, you'll support the execution and management of integrated media campaigns from planning through reporting. You'll partner closely with Media Planners and internal teams to coordinate campaign logistics, manage ad operations, maintain documentation, monitor budgets, and ensure campaigns launch and perform successfully. This hybrid role also plays a key part in digital ad trafficking and campaign quality assurance across a diverse client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Agency internship or 6+ months of media planning/buying experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, data management, and digital documentation.
  • Familiarity with media planning, research, or accounting software is preferred.
  • Experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Viant (Adelphic), or The Trade Desk is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid team environment.
  • Able to work from our Denver office at least two days per week as part of this hybrid role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience through an agency internship or at least six months in media buying or planning is a plus
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Viant (Adelphic), or The Trade Desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital creative trafficking process, including campaign setup, tracking pixels, UTMs, creative uploads, and tag management.
  • Troubleshoot and perform quality assurance on digital ad campaigns.
  • Support media planning by participating in strategy meetings and researching new media opportunities.
  • Partner with Media Planners to develop, execute, and maintain media plans.
  • Prepare and update flowcharts, insertion orders, MBAs, POVs, and other campaign documentation.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute digital and traditional media reports, metrics, and presentation materials.
  • Document negotiations, makegoods, and credits.
  • Process client billing, reconcile vendor invoices, and resolve discrepancies with Media Planner oversight.
  • Compile proof of performance for media campaigns.
  • Track campaign budgets and media expenditures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor advertising and industry trends and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Coordinate or assist with vendor meetings and communications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend agency trainings, meetings, and department events.
