About The Position

We are Shop Fix Academy, a business consulting company for Auto Repair Shops dedicated to setting owners up for success and empowering them to become the businessmen and women they were always meant to be. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with Live Audio, Live Video, and Videography.
• Required software experience: Adobe Premiere.
• Basic use of Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or Apple Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Zoom, OBS, or similar.
• Must have an "all hands on deck" mentality and be willing to "get your hands dirty".
• Must be a people person and enjoy building relationships.
• Ability to make quick decisions in the best interest of the company.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot, identify, and resolve problems.
• Must be able to think quickly on their feet and be "on top" of things at all times.
• Ability to work long hours / late nights during conferences.
• Must be coachable - listen to and implement advice and constructive criticism.
• Must have a "go getter" attitude.
• Must like to have fun.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with editing in Premiere Pro.
• YouTube experience.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Filming B-Roll and "talking head" style footage.
• Editing video content in Premiere Pro.
• Setting up and tearing down live audio equipment.
• EQ'ing audio signals.
• Running sound for events, primarily conferences.
• Setting up and tearing down live video equipment.
• Managing projection and ProPresenter.
• Setting up lighting.
• Troubleshooting live video and audio issues.
• Performing additional responsibilities as needed by the business.
