Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are searching for the best talent for a Media & Channel Innovation Manager located in Toronto, Ontario Role Description This role is responsible for centralized leadership of media strategy, operations, and performance, ensuring media investments deliver measurable impact while maintaining governance and compliance. The healthcare environment is constantly evolving, and this role will champion innovation, forging new external partnerships, AI driven capabilities and novel go to market strategies to enable business growth and improve marketing effectiveness. Building and scaling best practices and advancing data-driven measurement frameworks are key priorities. In this role, you will partner with an empowered team of professionals including marketing, agency partners, media vendors, IT, data & analytics, regulatory and internal functions to build digital media strategies and capabilities. This is an exciting assignment and calls for an individual with creative thinking, strong communication skills and excellent project management abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years relevant experience in digital media or marketing
  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking
  • Experience with tools such as GA 360 and CRM platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 10% travel may be required (Domestic and/or internal)

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of paid media strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships
  • Ensure strong planning, execution, and optimization discipline
  • Identify and pilot new channels, partners and platforms
  • Develop test-and-learn frameworks and scale insights across business units
  • Oversee websites, portals, aps and social channels to reach intended audiences
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and accessibility requirements
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with digital tagging and taxonomy solutions
  • Drive insights and optimization through analytics
  • Evolve strategy and optimization as Generative AI tools reshape how people find and consume information
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Develop standardized playbooks and best practices
  • Support capability development across the organization, inclusive of AI evolution
