About The Position

We’re hiring a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to help us aggressively expand into new paid channels and unlock scalable growth beyond Meta. This is a critical role. Meta is already well covered. The next phase of growth depends on our ability to open, test, diagnose, and scale new ad platforms and to do that intelligently, quickly, and with strong creative direction. You’ll work closely with our Director of Performance Marketing and act as the data-forward creative brain for our in-house content team. This role sits at the intersection of media buying, creative strategy, and performance analysis. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in scaling DTC / e-commerce brands operating in 8 figures annual revenue
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and hit-rate analysis
  • YOU MUST be able to provide guidance to help with channel iteration.
  • Experience working with in-house creator teams (not just agencies)
  • Proven experience launching and scaling new paid channels (not just optimizing Meta)
  • Extremely comfortable operating with imperfect data and early signal
  • Deep understanding of how creative, platform mechanics, and performance intersect
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to turn numbers into creative direction
  • Experience writing clear, concise creative briefs informed by performance data
  • Confident working cross-functionally with performance, creative, and leadership
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable moving fast

Responsibilities

  • New Channel Expansion & Performance
  • Launch, manage, and scale paid media on new and emerging channels (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, CTV - Vibe.co , Amazon, etc.)
  • Assist our Director of Performance Marketing with managing incrementality testing (we use WorkMagic) to gain clarity on channel performance and potential halo effects.
  • Own the testing roadmap for new platforms: initial hypotheses, creative formats, budgets, success criteria, and iteration plans
  • Identify weak points quickly (creative, targeting, offer, format, platform mechanics) and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Move fast: test, learn, refine, retest
  • Partner closely with the Director of Performance Marketing on budgets, scaling decisions, and performance reviews
  • Creative Strategy & Content Guidance
  • Act as the performance lens for our in-house content creators
  • Translate platform data into clear, actionable creative guidance that can be given in general weekly meetings and specific creator feedback
  • Assist with briefs outlines and testing directions for content designed specifically for each platform
  • Example: “Hey content lead, could you direct your content team to include x angle in y way? This is for my testing on xyz channel.”
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback to creators based on performance trends, not opinions
  • Help shape hook frameworks, formats, angles, and iterations based on what the data is showing
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Build and deliver regular performance reports that actually drive decisions. Currently using shopify analytics (we’re on plus and have added capabilities), GA4, and Motion
  • Surface insights clearly: what’s working, what’s not, why, and what we’re testing next
  • Combine quantitative data with anecdotal learnings to guide smarter creative output
  • Track creative performance at a granular level (hooks, formats, lengths, angles, messaging)
